Pros: The room was great but small for us but that was expected. We were a family of 4 and it was cramped. We had a club level room and the breakfast offered in the club lounge was great. Cons: The location is good as it is close to a lot of nice neighborhoods and has access to most train lines going up and down town. But Canal Street itself feels dirty and dodgy especially at night. Was fine for us but good to know.

Pros: la ubicacion es perfecta practicamente en el soho para ir caminando a comer y pasear. para nada es una calle peligrosa como lei en otros comentarios. el hotel esta remodelado y esta muy bien todo , salvo el personal que no tienen muchas ganas de ayudar. todo lo demas ok, nuestra habitacion era enorme para lo que es ny.
