After booking the guest house, we got hit with extra charges for things we expected at other rentals. If you need housekeeping, additional charge. If you drive a car, additional charge for parking. They sell items in their lobby that are overpriced. The area for parking is not paved and if it rains, water settles in the area so you're literally tracking water into your car or into the rooms. I came to the room one day and found no water in any of the sinks however it was out for just a few minutes. The rooms are advertised as non-smoking but as soon as we entered our room for the first time,
