Pros: NHKホールに近い、駐車場が提携料金で利用できる Cons: 館内に自動販売機が無い。外に出るためには鍵をフロントへ預けないといけない。

雖然外觀上較舊，但離SHIBUYA車站和熱鬧的街道很近。
Pros: 房間內設備齊全，比如浴室有吹風機，抽屜也有吹風機。 雖在市區，外面還算安靜。 房間空間很大。 Cons: 使用的是傳統鑰匙。
