Cons: Dirty hotel (stains on most furniture, walls) in the common areas --> Poor maintenance. Dirty rooms (stains on furniture, walls) and even mold to be spotted in the shower --> Poor maintenance. Poor insulation (you can easily hear people talking in the doorway). Waited 20-30 minutes for breakfast (seems poorly organized).
