Enjoyable and will be back again.
Pros: Breakfast was not up to the usual standards of past complimentary experiences at this hotel. Also on the second morning of our stay, we were denied breakfast service due to 'staffing issues' even though we arrived for breakfast during normal breakfast service times. This was very disappointing for a facility of this quality and expense. Cons: We love the location and the pet friendliness.
Everything would've been great if the staff would've acknowledged our concerns at the end of our stay, but instead I am
Pros: Beautiful craftsmanship and interior design. Cons: We had a terrible sleep. The thermostat would not cool the room past 68 degrees. Hot and uncomfortable.

Love this hotel! We always have a great time when we stay here. The property is very well maintained, exceptionally clean, and the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is fantastic, especially when attending events in downtown Detroit. San Morello is always on point as well—the food, drinks, and service never disappoint. We look forward to coming back every time!
