Great staff! Wish I could've stayed there longer. We're going to make plans to return.
The rooms were beautiful! Staff very friendly and very helpful. Food is soooo good! We had our own private room each breakfast and dinner. The view and in-room onsen was very nice. This place was so nice!!!

Pros: The food was very good. Staff were very nice and shuttle service was a plus, it was so easy to get to the hotel. Cons: Our room was clean but a part of the floor near the toilet needs repair; it seems to be caving in.

Relaxing hot spring side trip of Sapporo stay
The ambience of the hotel is very nice, especially the lounge area. It offers honey tasting sessions, and we can relax in the lounge freely. The room is very decent and well-designed. The breakfast and dinner courses are very enjoyable. The onsen is also very comforting. The night light show in the area is very spectacular too.
