Well located, clean, big hotel, but more business like than a holiday

Pros: Location - Great Location Cons: Too clinical & bland, restaurants not that great, closed at 9pm on. Saturday, breakfast no alacart option, they refused to give an extra single duvet saying chargeable as an extra bed. Too expensive for basic amenities.

Fantastic in every aspect

The hotel is beautiful, modern and exceptionally clean. We especially appreciated the outstanding service provided by every member of staff. The cleaning crew did an amazing job and were super sweet. The complimentary afternoon refreshments were also a lovely touch and, together with the kindness of the staff, made our stay particularly memorable. As this is a large hotel, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options catering to both Western and Asian tastes. I particularly enjoyed the pho station.
