I didn’t receive email with apartment # & access code, which created issue since there is no reception. The security people were very helpful & guided me & they managed to connect me to Silkhaus manager. After that there was an issue with opening the door lock which took 30 mins to figure out.

The unit is large, with plenty of space. Note that this is effectively a managed apartment, and not a hotel, so some basic features are lacking, even though they are listed on the unit information: 1. There is no luggage storage. The property management team will simply tell you to use a luggage storage service 2. There's an in-unit washing machine, but no dryer, and no laundry room for the building. They have a drying rack you can use, though, and they had some Tide pods available. Unfortunately, the unit had some issues with wear and tear; the bidet was leaking when we came and the floor w
