Pros: The property is 10 minutes away from the central train station, with free tea and coffee in the lobby, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The products offered in the room as treats are also nice. Cons: We stayed for 3 nights, during which the sheets, bedding, and obviously dirty towels were not changed, only the bed was made when the room was entered. I don't know if this is standard, but I would have liked more attention to the towels at least. We booked a double room on the ground floor with a small window and the room was a bit small, to be honest.

Really good for a short break

The hotel was a really great find! I've been to Dam a few times and this is probably the only hotel I'd return to. It's in a really good location, close to the station and close to bars, good coffee shops, and restaurants. The staff were lovely and accommodating. I'd recommend staying here.

Great location, unfortunately, it is hardly possible to sleep during the night due to the noise from the bathroom ventil

Pros: The location of the hotel was very good, everything was easy to reach. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Cons: The rooms had very basic amenities, hardly any space, no closet. Unfortunately, there was continuous noise from the ventilation of the bathroom and the adjacent rooms. It was so loud that we couldn't sleep at all.

Little sleep

Pros: Great location, free coffee Cons: Bed and room too small and directly under the roof, stuffy. The floor is sloped, same for the bed.
