We had a terrible experience at this property. The view from our room was the wall of the adjacent building about a foot away. The view out the other window was bunch of mechanical equipment/rubbish between the back of several buildings. The room was so small we were not able to fully open the closet door (it was too close to the bed). Our daughter was the first to take a shower and ran out of hot water after 5 mins. My husband and I went without a shower after a long travel day. Since it was already 10:30 pm, we decided to just wait until the next morning, when we were told we could get a di

The room was small and limited in space to move around. Staff were easy to talk to and receive support. Overall, the location provided many options for walking to historic locations or to take a short uber drive to the Capital, White House or many other areas of interest.

A hotel this expensive should be able to provide hot water! Building was very clean, but is apparently attached to a night club that reverberates through the building all night long, until around 3am. Good Luck Sleeping! A shame because the hotel itself is very nice.

The hotel is very chic and comfortable. The staff especially Amna at the reception was so sweet and helpful. The location is perfect - just in the heart of DuPont.circle.

Great service and friendly hotel

Staff and room were great. We needed some help and the manager Jonny was very helpful. Overall a great boutique hotel!
