Nice place but no towels

Pros: Nice place, perfect location Cons: No towels for the price of 360 for one night is absurd. It was also not clean, the shower was filmed with hair.

Good - can be easily improved

Pros: Clean and excellent location Cons: I understand that it is mentioned that there are no towels and no soap, but for the amount of money paid, this should have been a given- it’s also a small effort that could go a long way . Also, we were provided with a TV remote that had no batteries which was also a bit uncomfortable.

Loved it and the train station being across the road was very convenient.

Cons: Firstly we couldn’t find the apartment block. We had to call twice. After receiving directions we found the first door. We waited for over 15 mins for someone to buzz us in and gain access. Then we were given the wrong floor. Level 3 instead of level 2. This definitely could be better. We didn’t know that the apartment comes with no towels. We had to request towels which were brought very promptly. But the next day my credit card was charged $45. This was disappointing. So we had to call them and explain to them that we didn’t know. No soap, no shower gel, no towels. Fix that and it would have been great

Pros: Location was fantastic, being so close to the train station. Cons: No towels (they tell you this, but it’s absolutely ridiculous for the money you pay to not provide towels) What they don’t tell you is they also don’t provide hand soap or shower gel . So late at night after I arrived I had to find a shop that was open to buy some. Just really poor. The instructions to find the place were not overly easy either and the intercom you need to ring didn’t work, so after 5mins of waiting I had to ring someone.

Die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich sehr gut und sollte weiterempfohlen werden. Sie ist sauber, schön und funktionell eingerichtet, gut gelegen,...eigentlich perfekt. Warum dann nur 1 Stern? 1. nachdem ich die Wohnung sehr kurzfristig für den Folgetag online über ein Buchungsportal fest und ohne Stornomöglichkeit gebucht habe, sollte ich noch online einchecken. Dabei wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass keine Handtücher vorhanden sind und diese separat gebucht werden müssen. Da wir uns auf der Durchreise befanden, konnten wir keine von Zuhause mitbringen und für 2 Nächte sind 60 Euro definitiv zu viel
