Just okay!

Pros: Good location with easy access to city centre, public transport and restaurants. Cons: It is difficult to have a human connection. everything is virtual and when you have an issue it gets frustrating. Prior to my last day at the facility there was an issue with the key app and i was locked out. I called severally to no response until a gentleman walked in on us to assist. The mattress is too soft. we were there for 4 nights and the room was neither cleaned nor the process to request cleaning clearly explain. There was no instructions on how to use to the cooker. Not everyone is familiar

There's lots of better places in Coventry

Pros: Clean and modern Cons: Unnecessarily complicated check in procedure. No hot water one day so unable to shower before work. Fire alarm went off for the whole building just from cooking and even though the windows and extractor fan were on

It was amazing and worth it. Would be back again

Great for a short stay

Great for an overnight stay for a work trip. The electronic key app worked very well, and the host is very communicative with instructions prior to arrival.
