Far beyond our expectations

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Stay at SkyCity Hotel Auckland I recently stayed in a suite at SkyCity Hotel Auckland with my two special‑needs children, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Aidan and Dicky were absolute standouts. Their support, kindness, and patience made a huge difference to our trip. They even surprised the boys with a gift bag filled with activities, which absolutely made their day. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care, and these two certainly did

New Zealand Charm

Beautiful room, beautiful hotel, and the friendliest check-in staff I've ever met (thanks Tae). All before we got to experience the charms of Aukland itself.
