Wonderful stay

Every thing they were so kind to me my knee was acting up they helped me get my luggage out the door. The room was great location perfect

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They could not do enough for you. Cons: The room i had was comfortable and clean but the decoration was tired and in need of some tlc. The broadband kept dropping out during the evening which was annoying when trying to do some work on my laptop.

Friendly, simple, great as a one night stay for airport or work

Basic but nice buffet breakfast. Lovely garden if the weather is nice. Friendly and welcoming service. About 5 minutes swift walk from nearest tube station to Heathrow or central London

Great value for money very pleasant experience thank you

Clean comfortable and great value for money. All the staff were great and welcoming. Very helpful and friendly took time to show us around and the facilities. Thank you very much

Airport convenient.

Pros: It was clean and comfortable. It was very convenient with the subway station just a block away and close to Heathrow. There were stores and takeout nearby. Cons: The neighbourhood was filthy and unpleasant. The breakfast was unappetizing.
