Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: I forgot to lock my room door and I lay down to take a nap. Someone opened my room door and enterted my room, without my consent. After locking my room door, I heard someone else trying to enter my room. That was unpleasant becasue the person that entered my room while I was resting was a male.
