MEAN AND UNCARING

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! I was told it would be three hours before I was picked up at Charlotte Inter. 8:30 p.m. and expected to wait until 11:30. I explained I was post-stroke and had issues where I couldn't be on the cold curb of the airport for three hours. Man didn't care, was rude, and downright mean. After the reviews I have read, I believe I dodged a bullet and am thankful for that. I will never stay at another Choice Hotel-affiliated location. Contacted a Hilton-affiliated location and was picked up within five minutes.

Room was filthy and had roach in it. Poor customer service and unbelievable that they are still open with the condition of the place.

Okay if one night

I will not come back too stay. I had ti ask for an iron and board. It was not in the room. Then I had to ask for a bucket for ice which there was none. I was given a bag. There was holes in the comforter. Overall stay was manageable but will not comeback.
