I didn’t stay there because they were closed

Cons: I booked a room there and paid by credit card A friend later told me they were closed. I called them and a man answered and said they were closed and they would refund my money, but they charged my card anyway. I’m now trying to get my money back through the credit card company. Booking . com sold me the room and said they can’t help me???
