Staff was great and made up for the other things that the hotel lacked.
Pros: The staff were amazing. When i checked out, it was raining, and I didnt have an umbrella and they offered me a rain coat and cover for my backpack, which was so thoughtful. Seems simple, but never had any hotel offer this and I had to walk to the convention center, so it was very much appreciated! The location was absolutely amazing and perfect for this trip. I had a conference to attend at the convention center so it was very close by. Cons: The hallways had a very weird smell to it. My room, despite being a smoke-free room, did have a distinct smell to it as if people had previsoul

Pros: Front desk workers were super kind, polite and helpful. Convienant location in china town, and even the parking guy outside was friendly, and parkinf was only 35, which is great for philly. Room wasnt perfect, but for 85 dollars in philly, it was well above my expectations. Bathroom was clean, no noisy neighbors. Very happy with my stay Cons: Nothing big at all. Some cosmetic issues in room but youre there to sleep and its 85 dollars.

Pros: La posizione e le dotazioni in camera, frigo e forno a microonde,... Cons: Dovrebbero tentare di farsi capire un po' di più da chi parla un inglese scolastico. Ho chiesto al primo giorno di potermi scontare un giorno dovendo partire un giorno prima (7 gg invece di 8). Non me lo hanno concesso e ho pagato anche il gg non usufruito. La presenza in reception non è continua.
