Pros: hotel was clean and comfortable Cons: they could not locate the Bookings reservation, spent an hour and a half at the desk while they tried to figure out what was going on

Pros: hotel was clean and comfortable Cons: they could not locate the Bookings reservation, spent an hour and a half at the desk while they tried to figure out what was going on. ended up paying for a room at the desk, with the promise that they would do a free cancelation if I canceled the booking reservation. this led to me paying 20% more for the room plus getting billed by bookings because the hotel did not honor thier word. Will not be back, I question if I will use bookings again as well

The hotel was very nice

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was professional. The breakfast area was a bit small , but was well supplied and we enjoyed what was offered.
