Cons: When i reserved the room it did not say its a youth hostel. There was no info on booking.com so i made the reservation. When i checked in receptionist told me i am older than 45 and not welcomed again.

Pros: Struttura carina, personale molto gentile. Perfetto per spendere poco e stare in una posizione tattica. Cons: Un paio di piccoli scarafaggi nella stanza. Parliamo pur sempre di un ostello a Londra.

Amazing staff and location, recommend!

Pros: Really great staff, Rodrigo from reception was really helpful! Everything was clean and tidy, had a great experience! Cons: I paid for a room with private bathroom and it was so small, not practical at all, I used the common bathrooms always, so don't recommend paying extra for those rooms because it's not worth it.

Severe accessibility failures, poor security, and aggressive staff

Cons: Weeks prior to my arrival, I contacted the property explaining my health condition (herniated disc). I received written confirmation that I would be assigned a bottom bunk on the first floor. However, upon check-in, I was placed on an upper floor (requiring me to carry my heavy luggage up 49 steps) and given the top berth of a 3-tier bunk bed. On my last night around 11:00 PM, I was quietly packing my bags in the room with the light on. Apparently, another guest complained, and both night staff members came up to confront me.
