Returning to Perth in 8 weeks if the lights are fixed will stay again.
Pros: n/a Cons: Lights not working ceiling had to use a lamp plus the range lamp was faulty. Limited bench space in kitchen

Pros: A few minutes by car from the airport, clean. Two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Free and private parking right outside the house. Cons: They held an amount as a guarantee on the credit card for at least 10 days, it's a bit much.
