Magical place to Stay.
Pros: Superb location. Opposite the Blacksmiths. One parking space is allocated per room. Massive vaulted room with full facilities. You can go into Blacksmiths museum for free if you're staying at Smiths hotel and receive 10% off any shop purchases. We were not told this and paid 2 Adult entries into the museum. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is a magical place to stay and attend a wedding.
Cons: Sadly large cobwebs, and an uncomfortable bed, with springs jutting out LHS, which catch your legs when getting out. And not informing us about guest benefits are only small details missed by sta

The service, the atmosphere, and also our group had a drama and the way the hotel dealt with the aftermath was excellent
