It is not what we expected but maybe we mis-read details.
Pros: Good location to walk to restaurants etc. Lovely comfortable beds. Staff were lovely. Cons: Parking was very tricky - difficult to work out what is free and paid parking - got a ticket - despite paying for parking- so confusing!!! Not really a ‘hotel’ - as no communal areas - just a few lovely rooms - breakfast terrace is used by the restaurant at night which is separate.
Minamalistic, fine to just sleep!
Pros: Very central, easy to access, shower gel shampoo and conditioner as well as huge towels Cons: Quite dark room, limited facilities, no 24/7 concierge or receptionist to support, no food/water on arrival or even on site.
Relaxing and good location
Pros: The location was very good, it was super clean but the highlight was definitely Angela’s attention and sweetness Cons: There’s no easy free parking around even though you can find some spots 10 minutes walking
Great little place in Ciutadella
Pros: This delightful place was perfect for us. It was well placed for seeing the city. It was clean and tidy and the bed was super-comfortable. If we return to Ciutadella we will cone back to hotel Smoix. Cons: There was nothing we didnt like.
