Was let down

Pros: Nothing because OYO did not honor the agreement and we never got to stay in the apartment. I was extremely disappointed because I kept in touch with them and kept asking for the key code and if the booking was really confirmed and that we will have somewhere to stay for the night. Needless to say I had to find somewhere else to stay which cost more that what I paid for the Snoozeden who have not given me my refund back yet. Pros: We did not get to stay in this property as a txt message on the day of the stay stated that there was a problem with the property, we were sent to another owned by the vender else where

Pros: We did not get to stay in this property as a txt message on the day of the stay stated that there was a problem with the property, we were sent to another owned by the vender else where. I can only describe the property the owner sent us to as a crack den! All the front and back door were wide open when we arrived, the key safe was unlocked with key hanging out. The house was dirty and stunk of smoke. A naked man was lead on the bed in view of anyone. Heisting to say we did not stay there as it was not safe, let alone registered with booking.com. Anything could have happened to us!! Cons

Not satisfied

Pros: Not much. It seemed clean, that's about it Cons: Most of it, the fact you have to walk through someone's smelly and dirty house to get to the annex. The garden was unkept. The annex had a weird basement and beds dotted all over the place. It's not very child friendly

Don’t reccomebd

Pros: Nothing Cons: The property council accommodation on the day due to maintenance issue and offers as a substitute however the substitute was in Slough not Windsor the substitute was not anything like the pictures
