Pros: The location was terrific. Cons: From arrival, staff were not very attentive. Having to contact reception continuously took away the relaxation of our stay.

Great hotel with some shortcomings.

Pros: Great location, close to everywhere you need to be. Cons: The housekeeping service was hit and miss. Whilst we were away for 5 hours on day 1, our room wasn’t serviced. On day 2 it was the same and we had to ring to get the room serviced. Apparently we weren’t a priority. Interesting comment.

Lovely Hotel, Would Recommend

The hotel is quite stunning. The rooftop bar offers some nice views and drinks are reasonably priced. The room is lovely and very clean on arrival . A welcome pastry was brought to us by the concierge and was delicious. Location is right in the heart of Auckland, so a great place to be, but a little noisy late at night on the weekends. Very easy to get to and from the airport

Nice Stay, Nice Area at So Auckland

I very much enjoyed our stay here. The hotel room was beautiful and they met our accommodation requests. The front desk people were kind and helpful. We especially liked the central location close to the train and water. Good job.
