Disappointment

Disappointing stay despite a great location.
The location is excellent, but unfortunately the experience did not match. Upon arrival, the apartment was in an unacceptable state — dirty, with signs it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. We were offered another unit, but it had the same issues. We had to spend the first night in those conditions, and cleaning was only done the next day. For two people, we were given just one towel for the entire stay, despite several requests. Communication with the hosts was poor throughout. The only compensation offered was a 10% discount for a future stay — not only inadequate, but also unthi
