Location is separated from the city but only because it’s on the water and a large park sits between it and the Gothic D

Pros: Facilities were beautiful, modern, and well kept. Staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Cons: The guest elevators were small, slow, and used for staff purposes (luggage, tables, equipment) during core business hours. Underground parking was unclear without clearly posted signs and car chargers were apparently broken. Room service delivered a bread selection without butter or spreads with a cost of 12€ for three rolls. The lower pool area was closed for an entire day when bought out for an event.

Pros: The hotel is nice, the pool is beautiful. Food is good also, both at the pool and in the main restaurant. Basically the location is really good overall. If only they would not have locked 400EUROS from my card for over 1 month, would've been a pleasant experience. Cons: TLDR: They have charged an extra 410Euros from my card AFTER my departure ( an overcharge which was made either by mistake or intentional ). It took me countless emails, 10 phone calls and 32 days to get the money unlocked by them. More detailed: - We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. - The day of our departure we ha

Pros: الاستقبال ممتاز خدمه الغرف ممتازه الموقع يم الحديقه فيه تحته محطتين باص بس بعيد 2.5 كيلو مشي عن الرامبلا . كل الغرف بلكونه كل البلكونات مسموح التدخين فيه شطاف وشرح اللوبي يفتح النفس . يمه مسافط مجانيه للموتور بايك ومسافط السيارات تحته برسوم . و 24 ساعه فيه خدمه الاكل بالغرفه Cons: جهاز تنشيف الملابس بالحمام عاطل. الدش جنه مطر يعل القلب مسدود . اسفنج السرير هابط لدرجه جابو غيمه عشان يتساوا مابدلو الاسفنج( يقتحمون الغرفه بدون اذن والعذر يحطون صحن فاكهه ولا كيك مع انه حاطين ممنوع الدخول اقتحموا الغرفه 3 مرات بعشر ايام ) ومع كرت نبي نتطمن ! وانتوا طالعين قفلو على الاشياء بالسيفتي بوكس تحسبا

Ok but far from the usual Sofitel standards.

Pros: Clean , staff is nice but could do better for the overall price. Cons: Not enough space at the pool - too many people and never a spot to tan near the pool. Very limited options without porc on the restaurant menu.
