Wonderful hotel

Pros: We stayed 5 nights. Location was great, tram stop right outside the door. Check in and out was quick, Rodrigo was very helpful and all the gentleman outside were fantastic, polite and welcoming. Plenty of restaurants and food close by. Cons: After Rodrigo had wonderfully checked us in, when returning to collect our key when room was ready, the woman who saw to us was very unpleasant.

Pros: Location, view from our room, service. It would be nice if there are some cutleries an small plates and complimetary champagne. Cons: As above

Will definitely be back. Superb.

Pros: Location is great. Tram stop outside, excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel rooms are on high floors, so no street noise. Rooms are excellent and bed so comfortable… slept sooo well. Housekeeping and concierge were superb. Cons: The food options were pretty ordinary. I wouldn’t recommend eating at the hotel, but so many amazing alternatives nearby.
