I thank the hotel management and the team working on the evening of 20/7/2026 for their attention to my issue.
Pros: I liked the location, cleanliness of the hotel, hotel management, and the staff present in the evening period. Cons: The room I was in was very hot, and I contacted reception more than once, but they did not care about the issue. At 11:30, I contacted reception again, and they were very interested. The room was changed to a suite.

Pros: The rooms have comfortable beds. Cons: There is no place in the common area for shower and changing clothes for late check-outs. I think there should be a place arranged for customers to change clothes and shower when they leave their belongings at the reception and come back in the evening.

Outstanding, A Must when in New York
We stayed for a couple of weeks at the hotel. We were greeted with a smile and great service every morning by Arian. He was constantly looking after us, and his attention to detail was meticulous. Made our daily breakfast an amazing experience.
