Pros: Sofitel Hongqiao was superb - beautifully designed, elegant, and extremely well maintained. The entire property has a refined luxury feel, and everything from the lobby to the rooms is thoughtfully done. Service was exceptional. Every request was handled within minutes, including the check‑in and check‑out process, which was impressively fast and smooth. The staff were consistently attentive, warm, and professional.
The location is a major advantage. Being very close to Hongqiao High‑Speed Train Station and Hongqiao Airport makes travel incredibly convenient. Cafés, malls, and dini

Todo ok, pero sin más
Pros: El desayuno es muy bueno y con mucha variedad, un placer! La habitación era muy grande y espaciosa, pero se notan ya los años sin renovar muebles, etc... Todo estaba muy limpio, pero se ve el desgaste y para este tipo de hoteles da un poco de pena. El personal, pues muy variable; algunas personas nos atendieron de 10 y otras la verdad es que tubieron con nosotros un trato peor. Pero en general intentan entenderte y ayudar.
Cons: Tocaría empezar a renovar el hotel en general.

Muy comodo y el desyuno maravilloso
Pros: El desayuno es fabuloso, tienen una muy amplia variedad de alimentos y de muy buena calidad.
Cons: Los precios de la carta de alimentos estaban desactualizados, para el caso de las bebidas el precio real es casi del doble del que aparece en la carta. Adicional solicite early check in y Late Check in y me parece que los costos fueron muy altos y ambos me lo cobraron, cada uno fue la mitad del costo de una noche,.
