Sofitel Shanghai Hongqiao

excellent as always!

Pros: Sofitel Hongqiao was superb - beautifully designed, elegant, and extremely well maintained. The entire property has a refined luxury feel, and everything from the lobby to the rooms is thoughtfully done. Service was exceptional. Every request was handled within minutes, including the check‑in and check‑out process, which was impressively fast and smooth. The staff were consistently attentive, warm, and professional. The location is a major advantage. Being very close to Hongqiao High‑Speed Train Station and Hongqiao Airport makes travel incredibly convenient. Cafés, malls, and dini

Over all the Stay was good and satisfactory

Pros: Spread of Break Fast options Cons: Quite opposite side of our business meetings

Highly recommend

Pros: Big and clean rooms and great breakfast Cons: Convenient for train station but not Shanghai highlights

I would recommend. Helpful staff clean.

Pros: Great if you're travelling on the train or the aeroplane from Hongqiao the next morning Cons: Dated

Excellent location to the HongQiao station and Airport. Airport pick up service was excellent.
