Pros: The air conditioner stopped working twice in the middle of the night. It’s also very noisy, and the air quality is poor. The housekeeping staff left a cleaning cloth in the bedroom by mistake. Cons: Location is far from the attraction.
Fabulous, luxurious and extremely memorable
Pros: The location was a great proximity to the local shopping centre filled with coffee shops, bakeries and the most amazing dumpling restaurant. The rooms were huge and beautifully presented. They had delicious drip coffee in the room each day, the staff were so welcoming and kind, and the breakfast was just delicious such an incredible treat each morning. Cons: Nothing at all.
Amazing experience
Pros: Amazing hotel, very clean, comfy bed, spacious rooms. The staff were VERY helpful, I had an issue with taxi when I reached the hotel and they took care of it. They also offered help for everything and were very nice to book us a Taxi when leaving the hotel. Cons: People who come just to take photos in the lobby for hours. But nothing major, I still appreciate the hotel and would like to go back again.
Pros: Nice design and comfortable room, good location. Cons: Staff not polite, poorly trained and mostly unable to communicate in English.
