Pros: Le personnel est très sympathique et disponible et la chambre est très propre Cons: L’hôtel n’est pas vraiment situé à Soho mais plutot a quelques blocs Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, on entend les sonneries de la reception, le bruit de la rue, c’est un veritable cauchemar La literie et notamment les draps auraient dû être renouvelés il y a plusieurs années (ils sont propres mais le tissus n’est vraiment pas en bon état)

Great location, decent size rooms and lobby. Felt more stylish than other hotels in this range.

I loved this hotel. I would definitely stay again, as long as I can continue to do the stairs.

I would stay again but would really have liked a better bathroom, definitely in need of an upgrade.

Pros: Hotel was well situated with a great choice of restaurants nearby, area was well lit and popular. Staff were helpful and friendly. Left luggage was available. Cons: Noise from street was excessive and when mentioned to the hotel they stated yes they were aware but no alternative or solution was offered. The bathroom in the room was disappointing, the shower was poor and the sink taps needed repaired, the fan was very noisy. There was tea and coffee available until mid day but not beyond that time and water was available if requested, it would have been better if there was a water fou
