Cons: I booked the suite for my parents to sleep after their golden wedding party. I called the hotel in the afternoon explaining that I had given it to them as a gift and asking if I needed to go there to check in. They said no. When they arrived to sleep, they charged them. Even though I had given my card at the reservation. It was very embarrassing.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very organized, the staff is excellent, the breakfast is very good, and the location is excellent. I really have nothing to complain about. In fact, I would like to give a special compliment to Nicolas at the reception. He gave me full attention throughout the stay, always very polite, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was very good, the pool a bit small. Nicolas at the reception was excellent as was Antonio in the pool bar. I found the reception bar a bit uninviting and dour but overall I'd stay here again.
