Honestly I can’t fault our 6 night stay at the hotel. Everything was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for the warm and friendly staff. Breakfast was always delicious and the rooftop swimming pool was perfect in the hot weather. It is also centrally located and not noisy at all. Cara and every one of the staff made our stay highly memorable.
Outstanding service
Pros: It's my second time now staying in this hotel (and even coming back in a week) and it's always a pleasure thanks to the exceptional team there: always welcoming and helping you for anything, giving you tips for what to visit and where to eat. The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and even if it's central meaning lots of traffic around, you don't hear anything at all. The pool on the rooftop is the cherry on the cake, a must in Hanoi after a long busy day. The buffet breakfast is a beautiful mix of Vietnamese and European flavors. It is fresh and changing every day and
