Lovely stay. Spa should be included.

Pros: Smooth experience. Friendly staff on reception. Cons: Some staff at the restaurant were very inexperienced The pool and spa should be included for hotel guests

Disappointed - kids 6pm pool ban

Pros: Pool and spa were nice Cons: Very disappointed that the kids could not use the spa after 6pm. It did not make this clear on the website and the kids had been travelling and looking forward to a swim all day. No tables to put bags in the room

Lovely weekend would recommend the hotel

Pros: My hubby and I booked for a relaxing getaway, and that was what we had. The atmosphere was very chilled out, the spa was lovely, and the food was brilliant. Cons: Wish the adult and kids pools were separated, but there was plenty of allocate time for adults only.

Pros: Location - nice touches in room for child Cons: Had to pay £30 for 2 swims - the pool water looked dirty. Room dated but clean.
