Cons: The food menus were disgusting, when we received them it was even worse. For this hotel to get a better score or for us to stay there again, it would have to improve dramatically in terms of food and amenities. That has certainly lowered the rating of this hotel!!!
Relaxing 6-night stay
Pros: I loved all of it. I needed somewhere I could relax and take time out, and this place exceeded all my expectations. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for them. All in all, a lovely place to relax. I decided to stay for 6 nights, and I am glad I did because there is so much there. I loved the various seating areas, where you can spend time on your own or with friends. Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like

Pros: We have been here many times and everything about this hotel is very good. All the rooms are different. We've never been disappointed, always clean and really nice. We like being able to get fresh milk from the machine and ice-cold water, that's a really nice touch. The breakfast is lovely, and there is a great selection, hot or cold. Cons: The main meals can be a bit expensive.
