We were there for 4 nights. It is perfectly located for exploring Florence. Highly recommended. But it's a pity they don
Pros: It was close to everything. You live right in the city. Cons: That a 4-star hotel cannot clean up your room even if you leave the room at 1:30 pm. You then report that there should be cleaning in your room, and still nothing happens. It's too bad for the price they charge. They also couldn't help with an extra bed for our daughter inside as it was against their guidelines.
