Sonder at Hance Park

Only problem we had was bed being next to the wall. Us old people don't do gymnastics so good getting to that inside bed position. But love the property and amenities.

Pros: NA Cons: The information they gave us to get the key out of the locker was incorrect. No reception. Tried to contact someone for 50 minutes on the phone and was on hold. After reaching them they finally gave us the correct details to get the keys. Didn’t check in until 5 after 8 hours of travelling due to this. When we got there our Tv was broken and someone was with us for half an hour trying to fix it but to no avail. After checking out correctly with the details they gave us, I have now been charged 133€ for ‘lost keys’. Absolutely ridiculous, we returned them to the updated detai

Exactly what I wanted.

Pros: That it was like living there. Which is what I wanted. Pool and open spaces were great. Cons: A little confusing getting in, especially arriving in the dark. The directions were clear, not sure how to improve.

Not good

Not what I was expecting, homeless camp right outside the building and elevator didn’t work.
