The studio is further away from the center, more than 30 min walk. It is very well equipped and clean. Free parking on the street in front of the house was safe.

Always great 👍
Second time staying at Saunder love the convenience of the kitchen ,beds and pillows are super comfortable and a small balcony to drink coffee. Stay here every time we go to CMA fest in Tennessee. when we needed anything extra, The messaging in the app worked terrific always a great value. 🙂

Great hotel away from downtown but still walking distance to some great places - quite and comfortable
Pros: Easy to find, full kitchen with stovetop, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, microwave. Room was spacious. Large sleeper sofa. Nice walk to Germantown and Farmers Market. We even walked to downtown Broadway and back! That is about a 2 mile walk - but through beautiful park and easy walk. Cons: Immediate surroundings under construction, roads were rough. Parking in front was free and easy, parking behind that is a tad bit more secluded was $22 day. Not fault of hotel- just things that would be nice to know for visitors.
