Good for our Disney needs.
Pros: Location was great for our Disney needs. Cons: We didn’t like the fact that anything we wanted had to be requested such as top ups for coffee and towel replacements. The toilet was also unreliable and was regularly blocked as a result of other rooms. This also caused a leak to our ceiling from above.

As season pass holders we stay in this area often and this has been our favorite spot so far!
Ichel made our stay!
We booked this hotel because we’re in the area for the waterpolo junior Olympics. Ichel, at the front desk was extremely helpful and are stay has been great. It’s close to everything we need and the room is clean and comfortable.
Enjoyable and cozy!
Pros: Friendly staff, awesome to see dogs, room was huge, snack shop perfect, love the microwave and fridge and tub + shower in the room, and a lot of space. Pool was very nice. I had so much fun in the Mickey shaped pool relaxing in the sun by the palm trees! Cons: Wish breakfast was included but staff was friendly. Need to put bug zappers or bug lights or bug repellant around the pool, to prevent the bugs falling in the water or on the benches. Pool was so nice to lie in and relax but would recommend something done for that. Location is a little far from Disney — Sonesta should offer shuttl
