After checking in, the room had an odor and seemed more like a lower end motel that had a lobby
After checking in, the room had an odor and seemed more like a lower end motel that had a lobby. We wanted a refund after refusing to stay but they would not refund even after paying Expedia for this insurance.

The room (101) smelled like someone had been smoking in there even though it was a non-smoking room, the carpet was still wet from when they tried to clean it
The room (101) smelled like someone had been smoking in there even though it was a non-smoking room, the carpet was still wet from when they tried to clean it. There's absolutely no safety mechanism on the window on the first floor so anyone can climb into your room at night. Guests were up late talking loudly and slamming the door to the parking lot so we did not get much sleep
