Cons: Check-in is the slowest thing on earth. Checkin took up our evening. You cant possible have just two staff checking-in each person for half an hour. This is very inefficient. There were long queues. We came in the evening tired and needing to rest for a wedding the next day, but we spent the evening queueing up to check-in. Rooms are small
