My stay lasted all of 20 minutes the property didn’t feel safe. It was dirty inside and smelt of smoke in and around the

Pros: Nothing Cons: The property was filled with people smoking marijuana, the room was dirty. The night stand was stainless steel and was covered in rust. We had a dirty rag rolled up with our complimentary coffee station in our room. The trim on the cabinets were chewed up as well. I’ve also tried contacting Sonesta to inform them of my displeasure and they haven’t answered the phone or email.

Rather dengue, low-quality, not well maintained.

Pros: This location does not have breakfast of any kind! Its actually construction going on in the main floor of the hotel. And pets are allowed .... the room smelled of a dog, an i was not traveling with pets! Cons: The only clean part of the hotel was the remodeled hall ways second an third floor.

So bad that we had to come home and couldn't even make it to the concert.

Cons: A/C unit didn't work and no maintenance on weekends. Lumpy, unsupportive bed.

Pros: The nicest shower I have ever had at a hotel. I travel frequently for work. My room was clean and housekeepers were polite and worked really hard. Cons: The front door was filthy. It was also open all of the time. The front desk staff rarely looked up to see who was entering, and rarely did they greet guest. My room smelled like smoke. When the adjacent rooms had guests who were smoking it made my room smell like smoke. When I reported it to the front desk, they asked if I wanted them to investigate.
