Overpriced nightmare. I deserve a full refund

Pros: Absolutely nothing Cons: My room had bedbugs so they moved me to another room. I stayed a month and in that time I was in a room that had bedbugs, as well as a room filled with cockroaches. This place ks filthy and the rooms are falling apart. My furniture was falling apart and I had a broken office chair. There was a charge on my room for an additional $100 that I was told was a standard hold that would be removed but it was not.

Pros: I asked for a floor level. My husband has health problems. The room wasn't granted when wee got there. We had to walk up stairs. The staff wasn't moved by not having a proper room. In other words take it or leave it attitude for our stay. The water was dark when first ran. Im happy it was just overnight. I would not have stayed longer Cons: The whole experience

FOUR COCKROACHES! An opened strawberry lemonade left on the night stand. A sticky floor. We put everything into the refrigerator and slept on the apparently-clean sheets in hopes of making it through the night without anything crawling on us. We had arrived in the middle of the night after an event, planning only to sleep, shower and leave. It looks like people live in this hotel due to the conditions of open room doors as we walked to ours. NEVER AGAIN!

Would never stay there again. Especially since there is at least 3-4 hotels literally in the same place. Would not recom

Pros: The man at the front desk was very pleasant. Cons: The smell of mildew, and weed smacks you in the face upon entering. The refrigerator rattles all night long. No lock on the bathroom door, limited tv channels, couldn’t get one to turn on and the other to turn off. Microwave was held together by black duct tape. The floor in the kitchen area is all buckled and bumpy. Massive grease and unexplainable stains. The smell is really nauseating.

Pros: I Liked Nothing Abt This Place It The Front Clerk Looked At Me Like I Owed Him Money Didnt Greet Me At All Pure RUDE!!! The Place Smelled Horrible No Hot Water At Anytime & I Went Out For A While & When I Returned There A Police Raid Going On !!! Did I Mention There Were People With Drug Habits All Over The Place !!! I'm Tellin Everyone Thru Social Media & Word Off Mouth Too Stay Away From That Place Cons: By Staying Some Where ELSE !
