Simply the best!
Pros: The staff were really on point. Unlike many other places, they actually really seemed to enjoy their jobs and interactions with the guests. These were genuine interactions - not the 'painted smile' you get in many chains and even some independent hotels. I never felt like I was bothering them if I needed to approach for a query or question. Cons: Honestly couldn't find anything to fault!
Relaxing spa facilities and fantastic service!
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay! The spa facilities were incredibly relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind. The staff were wonderful and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Exceptional service, a beautiful atmosphere, and a genuinely memorable experience. Cons: The only disappointment during our stay was that the ribeye steak from one of the menus was out of stock, which was a shame.
A nice place and the asian restaurant was amazing. Room was good and we enjoyed our stay but the staff let this place do
Pros: A great hotel with great restaurants and nice sized rooms. The bathroom and bedroom was good. The standard spa facilities were ok. With 2 x jacuzzis, 1x sauna and 1 x steam room. Cons: The staff at reception and at the spa were not helpful and border line rude. Our room was not ready on arrival, we was waiting another 30minutes before we had to ask for our room. It was a similar experience for the spa.

Excellent afternoon tea in Sopwell house very delicious and the best elegant place . Beautiful in every way been there every week for afternoon tea with different friends in June and July , recommended to everyone to visit and have afternoon tea.
