Horrendous with scandalous price gouging to boot. Wouldn't wish a stay here on my worst enemy.

Pros: Firstly, the standard of cleanliness was unacceptable. The property was filthy, poorly maintained and significantly below the standard presented in its advertising. Given the exceptionally high rate charged for the weekend, the disparity between what was advertised and what was actually provided was particularly disappointing. Pros: friendly and helpful staff. GREAT coffee at the cafe located at the property Cons: bathroom was dirty, beds we're old and uncomfortable, rooms/halls smelt of smoke

Overall suited our needs, location excellent for our situation.

Pros: Convenient to hospital needed to attend. Cons: Was no cups in room to have hit drink or teaspoons. Had to ask staff for them.
