Perfect City Suite

Pros: Great location, in the heart of the city. Private and it felt safe. Relaxing environment and good facilities. Cons: N/A

The door deadbolts. But once the code is put in....the deadbolt unlocks also. Not sure why.

Worst experience I've had with a rental BY FAR

Cons: Worst experience. No hot water in shower, long hairs everywhere, door lock didn't work properly, elevator broke TWICE and i was on 4th floor with a spinal/leg injury. The worst insult was that they only refunded a small fraction of my fee. It's unjust and I'm furious they are keeping my money. It was a very expensive rental, especially for what I actually got. I should've just stayed in a nearby hotel instead, almost the same cost. They were polite but offered no real restitution and I had to book another hotel to leave this one early.

Nice room, clean great location except for the noise.

Pros: The room was in a very nice and low crime area of Philly, Rittenhouse Square. This area is perfect for sitting outside, and enjoying the scenery. It is also close to rental Bike stations, and many places to stop to eat. Cons: The room 402, was very noisy at night because of an outdoor beer and party location right next door. This made it impossible to even hear the TV.

Cons: We had booked two units. One was incredibly dirty and so we had to move. The other unit was for 3 people but the lock on the door didn’t work so Sosuites moved us at 1:00 am in the morning to another unit that was only meant for 2. The units did not have refilled soap and conditioner - it looks like they forgot to replace items between guests. The replacement unit we were in did not have bedding or towels for our third person. Sosuites was not understanding in providing a sufficient refund for the downgrade in the room and for fitting 3 people In a room meant for 2.
