The door deadbolts
The door deadbolts. But once the code is put in....the deadbolt unlocks also. Not sure why.

Worst experience I've had with a rental BY FAR
Cons: Worst experience. No hot water in shower, long hairs everywhere, door lock didn't work properly, elevator broke TWICE and i was on 4th floor with a spinal/leg injury. The worst insult was that they only refunded a small fraction of my fee. It's unjust and I'm furious they are keeping my money. It was a very expensive rental, especially for what I actually got. I should've just stayed in a nearby hotel instead, almost the same cost. They were polite but offered no real restitution and I had to book another hotel to leave this one early.

Nice room, clean great location except for the noise.
Pros: The room was in a very nice and low crime area of Philly, Rittenhouse Square. This area is perfect for sitting outside, and enjoying the scenery. It is also close to rental Bike stations, and many places to stop to eat. Cons: The room 402, was very noisy at night because of an outdoor beer and party location right next door. This made it impossible to even hear the TV.
