I have never had such an experience and I was equally disappointed and disgusted with everything.

Pros: Leaving the next day. Cons: The place was disgustingly dirty. There was hair, stains and dirt everywhere. The room we were supposed to have wasn’t going to be ready until an hour after check-in time, so they gave us another room. I’m not sure if the room met their standards of cleanliness or if it was also not ready but it was nasty.
