A great hotel in a great location

Pros: The location and facilities are wonderful as are the staff! Ellie at reception is wonderful! Cons: The room on this visit wasn’t quite as nice as on the last visit.

Wouldn’t go again.

Pros: Good location. Cons: Scuffed doors, furnishings and general state of hotel. Windows not very insulating and can hear road noise. No dental kit in room despite being a “5 star hotel”. Half of breakfast brought up and wrong room initially given. Bathroom in desperate need of re-grouting and repair.
