Pros: Location Cons: Very dirty kitchen, dirty appliances including kettle and toaster, dirty bathroom and extreme uncomfortable small bed

Pros: Location, the view was amazing, secure parking, friendly staff. Cons: Bath/shower was a bit aged and uncomfortable.

Too hot.

Pros: The property is in a very convenient location. Cons: No air conditioners. We were waking up sweating most nights (despite the pleasant weather outside). The solution from the staff was to provide a fan. This did not assist much more than moving hot air around the room (on the last night the temp was showing as 25.5 degrees celsius on the thermostat despite us trying to set it to a more pleasant 19)

It was what we needed.

Pros: The location was great and the price was good. Cons: It took a very long time for the hot water to come through for the shower and I hate wasting water! Also, one of the lamps in the main bedroom was broken. there was a break in the cord near the plug due to the powerpoint being behind the bed.

Great value at a great location.

Pros: Well located in central South Yarra, across from supermarket complex including several small restaurants and other convenience stores and cafes/delis. Even though you are right on busy Chapel Street, the room is very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Cons: The bathroom tiles were a bit tired and the kitchen lacked a couple of items for example a chopping board. One of the sharp knives was very damaged.
