Five stars! Excellent stay in lovely hotel with attentive staff.
Pros: The property is clean and elegant; the rooms are well appointed, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff was extremely kind and went out of their way to help us. We truly appreciated how friendly and helpful each person was, from breakfast to the lobby and guest relations. Cons: No hair ties or wipes to clean equipment in the exercise room.
Comfortable stay and friendly staff
Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Walking distance to V&A Waterfront but also good to take the free hotel shuttle.
